INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee advance work for events, location scouting and estate management

  • Design and curate high-quality, high-touch events, locally and internationally, identifying and executing client’s priorities

  • Collaborate with client, staff and vendors to ensure projects are on track and run smoothly and efficiently, overseeing job coordination and completion by developing timelines and detailed logistical plan


CHIEF OF STAFF SERVICES

  • Collaborate, advise and keep client up-to-date on personal and professional projects

  • Act as liaison and first point of contact for high-profile and high-net-worth clients to vet needs and ensure seamless follow-up, working closely with internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide high-level support, including but not limited to coordinating schedules, meetings, events and travel
